ANSI Terminal Suppport ?

Is there a way to make the serial port monitor have ANSI Terminal Suppport ?  Unlike my external terminal programs, I do not see a way to set the terminal type in VM.

I am sending ANSI control codes to format serial output from an Arduino Uno.  However I must keep swapping to another terminal to get the formatting.  Then I must turn that one off when I go back to VM to do a build, and so on.

I am using Visual Micro version 1.2021.1108 with Visual Studio 2019.

Not yet but there is a new serial/ansi control coming over the next couple of months.

OK sounds good, though I'm not sure what you mean by a 'control' - like an embeddable ActiveX control ?.

Also, it seems like the console in Visual Studio is using the M$ Powershell (not sure), so I thought it might be configurable somehow.  Any potential there ?
