Before logging an issue, please update to the latest release of Visual Micro from the Downloads Page.

When Logging a Support Issue in the Forum, please ensure you have also:-

  • Enabled vMicro > Compiler > Show Build Properties
  • Re-Compile your program with these settings enabled
  		Save the new Output to a Text File and....
  • Click the Reply button and attach as .txt file OR
  • Click here to Email us with the file attached, and a link to your post
Support requests without the output above may be impossible to answer, so please help us to help you

Visual Studio Intellisense not working

I have two computers. Everything works on one, but not on the other. I can compile, but none of the nice features in Visual Studio seem to work - color highlighting, code completion, Go To Definition, etc.

I don't see an option for an attachment, so I have emailed my Build Properties content.

Any help is appreciated.

Thanks for the report and log.

Would it be possible to attach a log from your working machine as well for the same board selection just for us to compare?

It may be the board package is sensitive to the Solution Configuration (ARM or ARM64) but the log will help us make more accurate suggestions.

I just install the VS2026 and i have the same error. The ino file is not reconigzed by the IDE, its appear only black and with like a txt file.
