Before logging an issue, please update to the latest release of Visual Micro from the Downloads Page.

When Logging a Support Issue in the Forum, please ensure you have also:-

  • Enabled vMicro > Compiler > Show Build Properties
  • Re-Compile your program with these settings enabled
  		Save the new Output to a Text File and....
  • Click the Reply button and attach as .txt file OR
  • Click here to Email us with the file attached, and a link to your post
Support requests without the output above may be impossible to answer, so please help us to help you

Can not debug: error 'MicroDebug' was not declared in this scope

     Hello, I just buy a Visual Micro Pro. License. When I build the code with release version. It  is correct, and can be downloaded to my uno board. 

    But it shows 'MicroDebug' was not declared in this scope when I changed to debug build. So I can not enter the debug mode. 

    My IDE is Microsoft Visual Studio 2017 Community. My Arduino IDE is 1.05-r2. I use Atmel Studio 2017 to do the same thing, it appeared  the same message, too.

    How can I do? Thank you~ Happy

I upgrade arduino  IDE to 1.86.
It can debug now! Happy

Thanks for the report. Will fix the 1.x debugger for next release but upgrading is good too   Smiley
