Before logging an issue, please update to the latest release of Visual Micro from the Downloads Page.

When Logging a Support Issue in the Forum, please ensure you have also:-

  • Enabled vMicro > Compiler > Show Build Properties
  • Re-Compile your program with these settings enabled
  		Save the new Output to a Text File and....
  • Click the Reply button and attach as .txt file OR
  • Click here to Email us with the file attached, and a link to your post

Hi,

I'm trying to compile the default empty visual micro project with the  STM32 Nucleo-64 L452RE as the target.

However, when I press build, this is the output. Please can you help? I can verify and upload using the default Arduino program fine.

Please switch the toolbar from Debug to Release and then post the pastebin again after build.

If you update Visual Micro to the latest release from the below link, it should resolve this issue with the STM core compilation:

Visual Micro Release 1912.28.2

Hi, it now works from Micro Visual version 1912.28.1.

NOTE: I had to "Build->Clean" after installing the extension before my project worked.

Here's the log for successfull build attached (it is a large file).

Do you know if there is any way to prevent it from recompiling the entire STM32duino projects everytime it builds?
