Z-Uno 2 Platform builds fail - release 3.0.7 tool

Hi
The Z-Uno 2 vendor has released a production version of the json package for the Arduino IDE - see
https://z-uno.z-wave.me/files/z-uno2/package_z-wave2.me_index.json

This package works correctly with the Arduino IDE but fails to generate any files with VS2019 and Visual Micro. I've attached a copy of the Visual Micro build log. Could you please have a look at this?
