Before logging an issue, please update to the latest release of Visual Micro from the Downloads Page.

When Logging a Support Issue in the Forum, please ensure you have also:-

  • Enabled vMicro > Compiler > Show Build Properties
  • Re-Compile your program with these settings enabled
  		Save the new Output to a Text File and....
  • Click the Reply button and attach as .txt file OR
  • Click here to Email us with the file attached, and a link to your post
Support requests without the output above may be impossible to answer, so please help us to help you

I am currently using the Raspberry Pi Pico Board Package (https://github.com/earlephilhower/arduino-pico#installing-via-arduino-boards-man...), and I am trying to get the PicoProbe working, however there is only the "Manual/Custom" option available in vMicro.

Is there a way to set this up so it will work in vMicro?

The latest release (22.04.29-4) contains the below fixes to address this:-

Support for the PicoProbe has been integrated, with documentation pages available below:
Creating a PicoProbe Debug Probe
How to debug a Raspberry Pi Pico with an Arduino project and GDB?

Support for the debugging tools has also been added for the RP2040 board package listed above.
