Do you have the same IDE selected in the Micro Explorer as you have configured with the URL's?

Also ensure you are looking on the Board Manager Tab, which will show all boards available for installation.  From there you can install the relevant packages and once installed, and the [Rescan] button pressed, they will show in the Installed tab, and in the boards list.

I get the message
0 boards found. Please complete the setup and ensure you have specified a valid IDE location. If you have specified an optional sketchbook folder make sure it exists. Check you have configured the IDE location against the correct type of IDE (such as:- Arduino 1.6, Arduino 1.0.x etc.)

you can see a screen photo in

Thanks for the update.

In your screenshot you have the "Arduino 1.6/1.8" IDE selected in the top left of the Micro Explorer.

If you go to vMicro > General > Configure Arduino IDE Locations, and select the same "Arduino 1.6/1.8" IDE, check that the path is pointing to the correct path to your Arduino 1.8.20 installation.

If you want to use the Arduino 2.x IDE, then this needs to be configured on the vMicro > General > Configure Arduino IDE Locations screen with your additional URLs, and then selected in the Micro Explorer.

Once one of these are configured you will have the same board packages available as in the relevant Arduino IDE.  The Arduino 2.x IDE doesn't include any board packages by default, in which case you will need to use the Board Manager Tab in Micro Explorer to install them (which will show up once the IDE configuration is correctly set).
