Before logging an issue, please update to the latest release of Visual Micro from the Downloads Page.

When Logging a Support Issue in the Forum, please ensure you have also:-

  • Enabled vMicro > Compiler > Show Build Properties
  • Re-Compile your program with these settings enabled
  		Save the new Output to a Text File and....
  • Click the Reply button and attach as .txt file OR
  • Click here to Email us with the file attached, and a link to your post
Support requests without the output above may be impossible to answer, so please help us to help you

Hello! 
I have board lgt8f328 and i have a very strange addiction after adding templates to the code. I'm getting a compilation error in visual studio. It compiles correctly in Arduino IDE. I get different errors when enabling deep search.

Thanks for the output.

You definately need to leave deep search on. the arduino ide has it on always, can't be switched off.

It looks like the issue might be be a bug in automatic prototype generation which both visual micro and arduino do.

It would help if you can zip and email (or attach here) this file. If you email it please include url to this post.

I made a small example. I have re-attached all the necessary files. There are no templates in this example and this example compiles to a visual studio without deep search. It compiles correctly in Arduino IDE.
